Gold Hill, Shaftesbury Accommodation

Gold Hill is a steep cobbled street famous for its picturesque views and was the filming location for the famous 1973 Hovis bread advert ‘Boy on a bike’.  We have two holiday cottages within 5 minutes walk of Gold Hill!

There are brilliant events held throughout the year including Gold Hill Festival, Shaftesbury food & drink festival, The Gillingham & Shaftesbury agricultural show and many more.

There are some beautiful cycle/walking routes around the area so if you’re looking for an active holiday in Dorset one of our lovely cottages will be for you.
